Please use this site to search or browse collection guides/finding aids describing archival collections housed in the Boston Symphony Orchestra Archives that are available for research use.

Finding aids are guides to archival collections. They include descriptions of a collection’s contents, related biographical and historical information, and information on any use and access restrictions on the materials. Our collection includes the institutional records of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Inc., scrapbooks, administrative files, printed programs and other printed matter, photographs, architectural plans, music scores, audio/visual records, as well as several special collections acquired by the Archives over the past 30+ years.
